Chardonnay

Soft-pressed and fermented 80% in stainless steel and 20% in new barriques.

Straw yellow and intense scent of apple, acacia honey and a little bit of vanilla.

Full-bodied and luscious.

Ruber

90 Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc.

In medium-size barrels after late harvest for one year and then

 barriques and refinement in the bottle. Violet-colored with lots of herbs.

Rich and harmonious with gentle tannins.

Collio Blend

Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Tocai, make this Collio a DOC blend. Full,

 elegant and intense, with apple and peach as base, it lingers to exotic fruits and

pineapple.
