The color of this wine is vivid and deep with ruby-red shades still present; the tone and intensity creating a shade that ends with a garnet-red rim.

The flavor is balanced and mellow on first impact, leading to a harmonious body structured with a long finish on the palate.

The perfume is complex with traces of wood, spice and a richness in berry fruit.

Grapes: Sangiovese 80% and Caberbet Sauvignon 20%

Aging: 8 months in bottle

Gastronomy: Perfect with all red meat using different ways of cooking as well as with pasta dishes with meat sauces.

Carmignano Riserva

This wine is also vivid and deeply colored with ruby-red shades still present; in the glass the deep shades end with a garnet-red "fingernail".

The flavor reveals balanced layers of wood, fruit, perfect acidity and mild tannins; the body is full and well-structured with a long, smooth finish.

The nose is complex with clear, strong berry, spice, wood and interesting floral notes. The bouquet is complex, delicate with finesse and great elegance.

Aging: 10 months in bottle

Gastronomy: Perfect with grilled and game meat and aged cheeses.
